Exchange Eligibility:
Before you hit ‘Add to Cart’, we strongly suggest you to go through the size guide to avoid any confusion.
We accept exchanges only in the case of a wrong design/style being sent to you or if the product is damaged.
Products for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items must be free from any stains, odours, or damage.
Exchange Process:
Contact us via email on chitrakathiiart@gmail.com on the same day of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.
Please provide the following information in your exchange request:
Your order number
-> The item(s) you wish to exchange
-> The reason for the exchange
-> A screenshot of the packed product
Once we receive your exchange request, our team will review it and respond to you as soon as possible. We will confirm the availability of the requested exchange item and provide you with further instructions.
The shipping address for the product to be exchanged will be communicated via the same email.
Please ensure that the package is securely packed.
After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange eligibility criteria. If the item(s) meet our criteria, we will process the exchange.
Please allow up to [10 business days] from the date we receive your returned item(s) for the exchange to be processed and shipped.
